This 3.42 acre park is a great stop for those with kids. Larger than life figures of penguins, elephants, giraffes, and kangaroos decorate the playground. There are picnic chairs, a covered shelter, and a restroom located right next to the playground. Penguin Park lies within the Lakewood Greenway, the larger park consists mainly of paved walking trails. These trails loop a small lake. Part of the trail meanders through the woods.
