Pitch a tent or roll up in an RV for Smithville Lake camping at Camp Branch. Reserve one of 346 campsites, several including electrical hook-ups, located on the lakeshore off Collins Road. Family-friendly amenities include a play area, picnic tables, and fire rings. Stay at Camp Branch Campground for access to Smithville Lake amenities, including miles of trails, playgrounds, three disc-golf courses, two golf courses, two bait shops, boat rentals, fishing spots, a shooting range, nature center, sailboat cove, and the area’s only floating restaurant.

With 406 campsites available, Crow's Creek offers lake views, a playground, and shower and laundry facilities. Some sites are designed specifically for equestrian campers. Located off E Highway at Smithville Lake, this campground is home to both tent and RV sites, some with electrical hook-ups. Crows Creek Campground offers access to the same Smithville Lake attractions and family-friendly amenities as Camp Branch, such as The Sand Bar at Paradise Point, the lake’s floating restaurant.

Another option for camping in Smithville, this campground is nestled within Smith’s Fork Park among tall trees and wide-open spaces. Highlights include proximity to Smithville Lake amenities, a nearby multi-use sports complex, and an on-site shower facility. All campsites are RV-compatible with water, electricity, and sewer connections.

Just steps away from Worlds of Fun and Oceans of Fun, the Worlds of Fun Village offers fully-appointed cottages and cabins as well as RV sites. The perfect size for families and groups, each rental includes a living space, kitchenette, and patio with a charcoal grill and picnic table. Family campsites are available with extra space for groups to spread out and enjoy the outdoors in Kearney. Campers with disabilities can book one of five accessible sites.
